Pet Sitters
All of our pet friendly vacation homes are located in Kissimmee and Davenport which is just a short 15 minute drive to Walt Disney World. This is perfect for owners who want to check on their pets throughout the day between visiting Orlando’s famous Theme Park attractions.
Save money on a pet sitter! We do require a pet fee if you are bringing a dog. This fee is $150 for the week or $30 a day if you are staying less than a week. This nonrefundable fee is per dog, and you can have up to 2 dogs per house with a weight limit of 35 pounds per dog by most homeowner association rules.
Pet Friendly Comfortable Homes
Pet owners typically select one of our vacation homes that are decorated in similarity to the home they have so the dog will feel more comfortable while staying in a new environment. All of our homes are individually decorated and designed by their owners so we have a variety of styles to choose from.
If you have an older dog, we definitely suggest selecting one of our our single story homes so there’s no worry about stairs during your vacation. Most of our homes have a shady spot by the pool in the private pool homes so your pet can relax while your family is going for a swim and still be with you. Having a fully equipped kitchen is also great for pet owners with dogs that have special dietary restrictions so you can keep a normal routine even while being away on vacation.

When you are ready to shop until you drop, there are plenty of locations for you to bring your pet to boutique shops and cafes for the true downtown experience. They love the outdoors and poolside activities so if you are ready for the ultimate vacation for you and your pet, select one of our Orlando Vacation Homes today!Our standard rule is the dog needs to be under 75 pounds; however, if you let us know prior to your arrival we are lenient on this rule.We do not encourage it, but we also understand that some dogs just love the water. We ask that you supervise them really well.We have a max number of 2 dogs per house. If you have more please give us a call and I am sure we can work something out.Not all the vacation homes in Orlando are pet friendly, there is also a pet fee which we charge pet owners for bringing your dog. We charge this fee, because it takes our cleaning crew more time to clean the house after a pet stayed in it than it regularly does, the main issue is the pet hair. If you try to sneak your dog into one of our vacation home, we will have you evicted and you will not receive a refund for the nights you stayed. We ask that you tell us if a pet is going to be staying in the home prior to you coming to town so we can make arrangements.
