Most of the vacation homes in Orlando are near Disney World. In fact, Universal Studios is located in Orange County, and vacation homes are forbidden in Orange County because of a local ordinance. If you are looking on AirBnB, VRBO, or other similar sites some owner do market their vacation home that is located in Orange County on these sites. You should be cautious about booking one of these vacation homes, you will probably incur more problems than you expect. After all, if the owner is not going to abide by the law do you think he is going really care about guest experiences.You have three locations you can choose from when booking a six bedroom vacation home.The vacation homes in Kissimmee Florida are going to be the closest vacation homes to Disney World. They are also going to be the oldest vacation homes. Most vacation homes in Kissimmee where built between 2000 and 2007. The kitchens are fully functional with full size refrigerators, microwaves, stove tops, oven, dishwasher and all the pots, pans and cooking utensils you will need. All the larger homes, we provide a starter set of dishwashing detergent and soap, but you will probably need to go to the store when you are here.

The pools are nice size…they are not huge and the pool decks in a 6 bedroom vacation home do provide enough room for everyone to move around and enjoy the hot Florida sun. Most of our pool decks do have outdoor grills. If you are looking a vacation home which does not have grill, we suggest going to one of the many Wal-Marts in Kissimmee and buying a charcoal grill. They have these grills on special all the time for around $20, this is much cheaper than renting a gas grill for $50.
