Customer Service Center

Location: To the left of Spaceship Earth (the “giant golf ball”).

Assistance: Describe your needs to a Cast Member. They can provide Braille guidebooks, audio tours, and Braille maps. A deposit is required for some items, which will be refunded upon return.

Audio Tour

Details: Offers a detailed walking tour of the park, including descriptions of attractions and distances between them.

Hearing Impairments

Listening Devices: Available for amplifying attraction soundtracks. A deposit is required and refunded when returned.

Captioning: Some attractions offer reflective or video captioning. Check availability at each attraction.

Service Animals

Permitted: Throughout the park. Ask Guest Relations about service animal break areas and policies.

Ride Restrictions: Service animals may not be permitted on some rides (e.g., Mission Space, Soarin', Test Track). Procedures are in place for the animal’s safety during rides. A member of your party may need to wait with the animal.

Sign Language Interpreters

Booking: Available with two weeks’ advance notice. Some shows are interpreted at scheduled times. Check with Guest Relations for a guide map listing interpreted showtimes.
